About This Role

The right candidate will work alongside the CEO, COO, CTO & CMO to help lead the team expansion while embedding the values and culture that will enable the company to attract and retain the world’s best talent.

You will mentor, develop and support the HR and Recruitment teams that you will build around you. You will be responsible for performance management and HR compliance in various locations around the world.


Responsibilities

As Head of HR, Recruitment & Culture you are responsible for people management:

  • Working with the leadership team to create a high performing, innovative culture
  • Managing employee relations
  • Implementing company policies & procedures
  • Managing the recruitment & selection process
  • Working with senior management to ensure the selection of the right candidates for all hires
  • Managing employee on-boarding
  • Develop & implement employee retention programs
  • Develop & implement employee development programs
  • Manage employee welfare, wellness and health programs
  • Manage all HR related tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business (Honours) in Human Resource Management or similar.
  • HR professional with 8+ years experience
  • Experience headhunting for various roles
  • Experience overseeing rapid headcount growth
  • HR leadership experience in Saas is preferred
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational skills
  • Creative thinker with ability to problem solve
  • Experience managing & understanding employment law
  • Ability to build relationships and influence decisions
  • Excellent communications skills, oral and written
  • Fluency in English

Preference will be given to candidates with experience growing & managing rapid headcount in a Saas environment.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: €50,000 – €100,000 per annum

Additional Pay: Bonus Pay
