LiveCosts is committed to ensuring that every customer and user has a great experience while using the LiveCosts platform. That’s why we are dedicated to finding ways to continually improve the experience for our users with every release and update.
If you have been using the LiveCosts platform over the last number of weeks you will have noticed that it got a makeover. We are excited to launch our brand new user interface (UI), designed to maximize user productivity, enable intuitive platform management, and ensure a consistent user experience across the LiveCosts platform.
First, we updated the look and feel of the entire platform with new fonts, icons, and styles. These new styles are not only pleasing to the eye, but are designed to be consistent across platforms, making navigation easier and more efficient for users.
We also took customer feedback on board when redesigned the platform with you in mind.
We have also been working on the features – let’s have a look at what is new in the our latest release.
What’s New – The Top 3
- Client Invoices – Selected Xero users only – we are in the early days of testing of importing your sales invoices (income) into LiveCosts from Xero. This feature will be available to all soon.
- Projects divisions are available for all Pro users. This new feature allows for more complex budget structures.
- There is more power for our Sage50 users – Department, Cost Code and Project Ref are all now included in the invoice download.
