  • Information From Documents Uploaded: Financial data, invoice line items, and vendor details extracted from corporate invoices, receipts, and quotations uploaded by you to our processing engines.

  • Fulfill our core obligations arising from your subscription agreement (e.g., project cost tracking, dashboard analytics, and user account provisioning).

  • Provide automated document data extraction and verify processing accuracies where technical diagnostic support is required.

  • Administer our platform for internal technical operations, security monitoring, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and software optimization.

  • Send essential service notifications, system updates, transactional warnings, and requested informational newsletters.

4. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers. We may share your information only with selected, compliant third parties including:

  • Authorized members of our corporate group as defined under the Irish Companies Act 2014.

  • Prospective buyers or corporate successors in the event that Ground up Software Limited scales, sells, or merges parts of its operational business assets.

5. DATA STORAGE & INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Your data is securely stored within premium cloud data infrastructure environments in the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where specific maintenance, integration, or support workflows require data processing by partners or subcontractors operating outside the EEA, we ensure that mandatory, strict legal protective safeguards are active. This includes verifying adequacy decisions, checking compliance under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or executing standard EU Model Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal data only for as long as your corporate workspace remains active or as required to fulfill the operational purpose for which it was originally collected.

  • If your subscription account is closed, we generally delete personal information within 12 months, unless data retention is strictly mandated by legal, audit, tax, or regulatory requirements.

  • Anonymized, aggregate operational data may be retained post-closure to assist our engineering teams in machine-learning accuracy refinements.

7. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Under Data Protection Law, you hold the following statutory rights free of charge:

  • The right to request access to, rectification of, or permanent deletion of your personal data.

  • The right to restrict or object to certain data processing streams.

  • The right to data portability.
