We retain personal data only for as long as your corporate workspace remains active or as required to fulfill the operational purpose for which it was originally collected.

  • If your subscription account is closed, we generally delete personal information within 12 months, unless data retention is strictly mandated by legal, audit, tax, or regulatory requirements.

  • Anonymized, aggregate operational data may be retained post-closure to assist our engineering teams in machine-learning accuracy refinements.
