I’ve found Live Costs to be incredibly helpful and supportive while I’ve been getting used to the system. In particular, Patrick has been extremely patient and always willing to help whenever I’ve had questions or needed guidance. At first, the system felt a little daunting, but thanks to the support provided and the clear guidance throughout, it has now become very easy to use. One feature that has been especially useful is the interactive videos within each section. They are brilliant for anyone who may be struggling at the beginning or simply needs a reminder of how to do something later on. Being able to go back and watch the step-by-step guidance has made the learning process much smoother and far less stressful. We don’t need to contact them very often, and it’s rarely due to issues—more for general guidance—but every interaction has been top class. Communication is clear, prompt, and genuinely helpful. Livecosts is a great software for all project managers and procurement teams to use. From simple projects to more complex ones, the flexibility of the system alongside the tailormade nature of the available controls and processes makes livecosts great. Its an invaluable tool for our company. The integration with acounting systems is also incredibly efficient and seamless. We have been using LiveCosts for just over 2 months and can honestly say its changed procurement and budget management for the better! Clear, user friendly and provides all of the information in easy to run reports. Editing and Amending orders and projects has never been easier. Service, training and support is also second to none. The software makes managing our construction projects much easier, especially with its integration with Xero.
