Livecosts is a cloud based solution that tracks project costs by automating data entry by accurately extracting and capturing the key details all of your invoices, receipts and statements through OCR (character recognition) technology. On top of this we allow site users access to phone applications to upload labour hours and material orders to the software. The data can then be analysed to a project & phase and published direct to your accounts package or exported to an Excel or .csv file.
Included Livecosts features allow further analysis of this data before publishing if required including marking invoices as paid or on-hold, auto-publishing, PO matching, optional line item extraction and more.
