Revenue Versus Costs in Xero

The trouble with tracking revenue vs costs in Xero is that Xero was just never designed for construction projects.

What we need to do is separate out the daily financials into a construction project-specific platform, and see that project in one dedicated dashboard.

Then we can see how any aspect of a construction project is performing against the agreed and project costs – for materials, for labour, and against what POs have been sent out. Even right down to the project phase.
